Pricing

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include where appropriate UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. Website prices may vary from in-store prices. Prices may change e.g. to account for changes in VAT. Any other taxes or duties will be borne by the customer.

Discount Codes

Any discount codes, where offered, are for website transactions only and cannot be used in store.

Delivery and Collection

See our delivery page for details of our delivery options. Additionally, a “click and collect” service is offered. You may choose the free 'Pickup From Store' option on checkout. Use of the click and collect service requires you bring the emailed order receipt to the store for order validation.

Order Acceptance

Completion of checkout online does not constitute our acceptance of your order from us. You will be notified by email as soon as possible with confirmation that we are processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we take payment from you and despatch of the product(s) is confirmed.

We have the right, prior to despatching the product(s) to decline an order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons.

Our contract with you will start when you receive the order despatch email and remain in place until the last day of your right to return the products.

If the fulfilment of any aspect of an order would be illegal or unlawful, we have the right to stop or cease to fulfil the order at any time, including after despatch of products or notification to you that the order is being processed. In such circumstances, you acknowledge that Horace McMullan shall incur no liability.

We can only accept orders while supplies last, errors and omissions excepted. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any particular item offered for sale.

If you have requested an item which is out of stock we will inform you by phone or email offering an alternative if available. Otherwise the transaction will be cancelled. Items listed as “out of stock – please contact store” may have additional stock present in store. Please contact us and we may be able to supply your item by this means.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Product Descriptions

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Thus, while every care is taken to produce accurate images, colours and descriptions actual products may vary slightly.

Accuracy of supplied account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Errors and inaccuracies

Occasionally system errors may occur, for example pricing could erroneously appear at £0.00. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information, including pricing, is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). In such cases, a refund and cancellation of your order will be supplied.

Prohibited use

You are not permitted to use the site maliciously. Malicious usage includes, but is not limited to, tampering with the website server to hinder operations, gratuitous use of system errors to purchase goods, attempts to gain unsolicited access to prohibited website sections, attempts to co-opt the site for other malicious operations. Any violations of this prohibited use clause will result in immediate account termination.

Payment and security

All payments for goods on this website are handled by an independent payment gateway, PayPal. Use of the PayPal payment gateway is subject to its Terms of Service and Privacy policy. We accept no liability for losses or system failures when you use the PayPal platform.

By completing payment details you confirm that the method being used to make payment belongs to you, or is in your name where an agreement is entered into with any credit or third party provider.

We do not store your payment information, however third party providers used by us will use encrypted secure payment mechanisms that store your data.

Delivery

Timescales and charges for delivery vary depending on the products ordered, your delivery address and other unspecified factors. We endeavour to have orders dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
